A. I only Buy stuff if i have the money for it .& pay with in the grace period i have a 900$ unsecured Credit line @ 0.00% (0.00% only if paid with in the grace period of 25 days ) other wise it's 19.95% (i am new to credit(First Credit card) that is why it's very low and high APR)

It is a very interesting approach to thinking about money and how every thing you spend money on is a tradeoff of your life. I also like the blog/website called the simple dollar. Definitely finish college...even if it means taking out school loans. But try to apply for Pell grants and other grants and scholarships. When I was a single mom, Pell grants helped me get through financially. Don't incur other debt if you can avoid it. Credit card debt is the worst! If you don't have cash for something, you can't afford it. I rotate 3 pair of pants and different shirts for work--that's it! Why whenever i buy something my husband also brings the topic budgeting , at the same he encourages?

Pay yourself an "allowance" by putting money into an envelope for the month. You can only spend the money in the envelope for the month (aside from the basic bills you have). That way you can limit spending.
